1. Tuyên bố quyền sở hữu

Tất cả nội dung trên website datsanta.com, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở văn bản, hình ảnh, mã nguồn, video, tài liệu, thiết kế giao diện và các tài sản trí tuệ khác, đều thuộc quyền sở hữu duy nhất của Dat Santa và được bảo hộ bởi pháp luật về sở hữu trí tuệ của Việt Nam và các công ước quốc tế.

2. Tiêu chuẩn quốc tế

Chúng tôi tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định của Công ước Berne (Berne Convention) về bảo hộ các tác phẩm văn học và nghệ thuật. Mọi hành vi sao chép, phân phối, trưng bày hoặc tạo ra các tác phẩm phái sinh mà không có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Dat Santa đều bị coi là vi phạm nghiêm trọng.

3. Quy định sử dụng

  • Sử dụng cá nhân: Bạn được phép xem, tải về và in ấn nội dung cho mục đích học tập, nghiên cứu cá nhân phi thương mại.
  • Trích dẫn: Khi trích dẫn nội dung, bắt buộc phải ghi rõ nguồn "Theo Dat Santa" và đặt đường dẫn (link) trực tiếp đến bài viết gốc.

  • Prohibitions: Copying content verbatim for republication on other platforms, using content for commercial purposes, or modifying content in a way that distorts its original meaning is strictly prohibited.

4. Copyright Protection
